Below is an image from MT4 explaining the different parts that make up the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo strategy:

The Ichimoku Binary bot has 4 possible entry strategies.

They are:
  1. Kumo Break Simple
  2. Kumo Break Advanced
  3. Tenken Kijun Cross
  4. Senku Span Cross
You can select one or all. I personally like the two Kumo Break entry strategies. Kumo means cloud.

Here are the rules for the Signals:

KUMO BREAK SIMPLE

Removed other parts of the Ichimoku indicator to make it easy to see.

The cloud or kumo is considered bullish when the Senkou Span A is above the Senkou Span B.

The cloud or kumo is considered bearish when the Senkou Span A is below the Senkou Span B.

TENKAN KIJUN CROSS

1. At the time of the crossover, the price-action is above the cloud.
2. At the time of the crossover, the Chikou span is above the cloud.
3. The crossover takes place above the cloud.

SENKOU SPAN CROSS

The Senkou Span Cross occurs when the Senkou Span A cuts the Senkou Span B.

Since the two Senkou lines are projected forward by 26 periods respect the current price, the element to be checked when the signal is realised is where the price is positioned compared to the Kumo.

Call Signals

The generated signal is bullish when the Senkou Span A  cuts the Senkou Span B  from the bottom to the top.

A call signal is recorded when at the cutting time between the two Senkou, prices are positioned above the Kumo.

Put Signals

Max # Consecutive Won

How this setting works is as follows:
  • if trade is lost the bot keeps on trading with martingale until a win
  • If the trade is won, the bot keeps on trading till ‘Max # Consecutive Won’ wins is reached or if there is a loss in this progression, then it goes back to a  Martingale until the first win.
The Ichimoku bot is a fantastic bot. The whole Ichimoku style of trading is fantastic but it is a steep learning curve.

However with this Ichimoku bot doing all the heavy lifting for you, it is a great little bot to let loose on the markets and do it's thing.

It is a slowly but surely bot and is profitable.

Here are some settings to try on your bot:

Ichimoku bot settings only kumo trades 5 mins expiry
Ichimoku bot settings A only kumo trades 5 mins expiry

Ichimoku bot settings B only kumo trades 3 mins expiry 2 consecutive wins
Ichimoku bot settings B only kumo trades 3 mins expiry 2 consecutive wins
