If you don't know about RSI or Relative Strength Index trading then here is a good article on Investopedia.

Here is a short video explaining the different settings on the RSI binary options bot.

Here is an image from MT4 helping to explain further below:

EURUSD 1 minute binary options with RSI
Most traders go with the concept that when the RSI breaks the 70 or 80 level it is considered overbought and  price will change direction downwards, or when the RSI breaks the 30 or 20 level it is oversold and price will change direction upwards.

Now if we look at the EURUSD 1 minute chart above as an example, that is pretty much true, except that price does not in general change direction on a dime. I mean it doesn't hit the 70 or 30 level and change direction instantly in general.

So another way to trade it and with the settings that I have shown above is to say that when it hits that 70 or 30 level that it is in a strong trend in that direction and will most probably go past that level before changing direction and so I buy or make a Call trade when it hits the 70 level and sell or make a Put trade when it hits the 30 level.

Now depending what time frame or asset you are trading, then it will be up to you to decide what RSI period you want and whether you want to place a Call or Put trade when it hits the 70/80 or 30/20 level.

RSI period of 14 is the standard and so are the 70/80 and 30/20 levels, but you can change those as you see fit for your strategy.

When trading the really lower time frames, I like to trade with a RSI period of 7.

Here are some different settings for your RSI binary bot to give you some ideas for your settings.
